Welcome to Sunny Days Children's Fund

Sunny Days Children's Fund is a national registered charity which raises funds to help children under the age of 18 years with a wide range of adverse medical conditions including Leukaemia, Cerebral Palsy, the Deaf and Blind, Terminal Illnesses, and all other life hindering conditions.

We make small grants to enable us to help as many children and their families as possible, whether it be for day trips, medical equipment, respite, hospital travel, or sadly making children's remaining time as comfortable as possible, to include where achievable, children's last wishes.

We now have over 1200 families that we have directly helped by way of a grant or holiday. We also provide support and advice to countless others. This may be in the form of emotional support, advice to ensure they are claiming the correct benefits, help in locating alternative funding and in some case “just being there for a chat”.

Our two Holiday Homes are still proving to be a great success with our families, allowing children to take much needed crisis breaks. We are pleased that they are fully booked each season.

If you have raised money on our behalf and would like to make the payment online or if you just wish to make a donation please visit our Payment page.

For information on how we have been able to help institutions and families in need please visit our Example Grants page where we have listed some of the children we have been able to help.

If you have been kind enough to make a donation and would like to put a face to some of the children we have helped please vist Our Famillies Gallery.

Most of our family referrals come from Hospital and Local Council Social Workers, but should any families or carers of children have a need for assistance, please contact us for further information on how we may be able to help.
